It is time again for another Navy tradition. This tradition is one of the best for it involves a party. We have a Hail and Farewell to go to tonight in Chesapeake. A Hail and Farewell is the equivalent of a going away party combined with a welcoming celebration for the newest pilots and families in the squadron. It is always a bitter sweet fiesta. You have to say goodbye a lot in this community, but with the goodbye's come the hello's.
I gotta hit the road, but I will be back later with stories and pictures for yall. This is your official welcome to the first of many Navy traditions and parties!
